The Minister of Municipal Affarirs and Housing, Paul Calandra has announced a new Provincial Planning Statement that will take effect on October 20th of this year. This new PPS will replace the old as well as the A Place to Grow: Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe, 2019.
